Our Goals for EECT Mentorship
Our aim is to enable and support youth/young adults across our communities igniting their untapped potentials through mentorship programs tailored to their needs and aspiration. We strive to support in their life journeys of developing and nurturing opportunities for personal and professional growth, fostering a supportive environment where individuals can realize their full potentials.
Providing accreditable mentorship services to up to 500 youth/young adults from within church and all other community members of all age groups so they explore and make the best uses of their potentials.
50 Referral Mentors with experiential skills that can uniquely be transferred to others will be identified and given modest skill building opportunities.
40-50 Potential Mentors will be equipped with deep, professional and accredited Mentorship Training and cultivating their potentials towards mentoring others.
Mentorship Program will be expanded across Toronto, Ontario and eventually all over Canada, starting from members of Ethiopian and Eritrean Communities, in all Churches and communities.
Soliciting Funds to build and organize Multi-purpose Facilities
Equip facilities with high level learning and networking technologies
Provide appropriate, market-driven and accreditable skills to members including, but not limited to:

Dedicated to shaping the pathways towards the success of youth and young adults, our Mentorship Program strives to ignite passion and instill confidence, where guidance and inspiration converge to unleash their potential, ensuring success in their lifelong journey.

Providing consistent and reliable support for mentees on their journey while encouraging responsibility and accountability in both mentors and mentees.
Emphasizing open and honest dialogue to strengthen mentor-mentee relationships while recognizing and adapting to the unique needs and aspirations of each mentee.
Cultivating a culture of understanding and compassion to connect with the unique experiences of each mentee.
Upholding a foundation of mutual respect between mentors and mentees, recognizing the inherent dignity in every individual.
