Enabling youth and young adults untap their potentials through Mentorship

Our aim is to enable and support youth/young adults across our communities igniting their untapped potentials through mentorship programs tailored to their needs and aspiration. We strive to support in their life journeys of developing and nurturing opportunities for personal and professional growth, fostering a supportive environment where individuals can realize their full potentials.

Phase One: 2023-2025

Mentoring

Providing accreditable mentorship services to up to 500 youth/young adults from within church and all other community members of all age groups so they explore and make the best uses of their potentials.

Skills Refresh and Development (Referral Mentors)

50 Referral Mentors with experiential skills that can uniquely be transferred to others will be identified and given modest skill building opportunities.

Skills Refresh and Development (Mentors)

40-50 Potential Mentors will be equipped with deep, professional and accredited Mentorship Training and cultivating their potentials towards mentoring others.

Mentorship Services Expansion

Mentorship Program will be expanded across Toronto, Ontario and eventually all over Canada, starting from members of Ethiopian and Eritrean Communities, in all Churches and communities.

Phase Two: 2025-2027

Multi-purpose Facilities and Services Development

Soliciting Funds to build and organize Multi-purpose Facilities

Technology Integration and Facility Enhancement

Equip facilities with high level learning and networking technologies

Skill Development and Training Programs

Provide appropriate, market-driven and accreditable skills to members including, but not limited to:

Life/Soft/Experential skills
Leadership skills
Entrepreneurship and business development
Communication
